I like the features, loathe the manual. Be cautious if you don't have the patience to troubleshoot setup issues without adequate documentation. For
example, only by test & guess did I figure out my "over limit" error using a newly setup plu was because I set a 0.00 price.

I want to set price @ checkout. To do that, you have to set the price at the max it will ever be and mark the plu as "open" and not preset. The document did not explain this well or maybe at all

To program this register is almost impossible. It's not what I thought I was ordering when I ordered it. It will work for our business, but the description needs to be a little bit clearer.

Very UNHAPPY with Customer Service. When I have called in to have questions answered about programming this register they do not seem to care to want to help. I do like what the register has to offer for capabilities, but programming is taking forever. First register I received was used and shipped poorly.

I had to call Amazon, and luckily I had a wonderful rep on the other end of the line who took care of situation and sent me out another register (NEW this time) and with quicker shipping at no extra charge to me. The second register received was in excellent condition, and I was able to return to the damaged register to Amazon with their return label.
